#80 - Marc Jacobs (Fashion Designer, April 9th, 1963)

Marc JacobsCreative Director at design house Louis Vuitton and head designer at his own brand, Marc Jacobs, is high fashion figure with a playful edge. When explaining his designs, Jacobs wants to give the wearer a sense of subtle sexuality; the wearer should feel hedonistic, not look it. Out magazine's ranked Marc 15th on the annual list of "50 Most Powerful Gay Men and Women in America." Marc has a relaxed attitude about tattooing, and feels that he should not over think his ink or deny the himself the pleasure of getting tattooed. Marc has a beautiful, chiseled figure and is the owner of an extremely whimsical selection of tattoos. Sponge Bob Square Pants, The M&M Guys and various other quirky cartoon characters decorate Marc's skin and emphasize his carefree personality. Various sized stars cover his shoulders and the word Shameless is written in script on his chest. About his Shameless tattoo, Jacobs says: "That's what I think everyone should aspire to in life: being shameless." >> pictures

#79 - Eminem (Rapper, October 17th, 1972)

EminemIf your kink is the excitement of drama, drugs and violence... then Em is your knight in shining armor. America's enfant terrible of the hip hop world is on a mission to insult, offend and dominate as many people in his wake. If you want to get involved with that kind of chaos, by all means go ahead! Fast talking rhyme slinger, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem is a rapper, record producer and actor, that quickly gained popularity for his clever analysis of pop culture via hip hop rhymes and his association with Dr.Dre. We think his photogenic good looks definitely helped that momentum too. Eminem has many tattoos that symbolize the vitality and brevity of life. One tattoo is a portrait of his daughter, Hailie Jade, with some surrounding roses. It also has the words "Bonnie & Clyde" below, which is a song dedicated to Hailie from the The Slim Shady LP. >> pictures

#78 - Dave Gahan (Musician, Depeche Mode, May 9th, 1962)

Dave GahanOften seen strutting shirtless in concert, and shaking his hips like a new wave Elvis, Dave Gahan, lead singer of synth-pop stronghold, Depeche Mode radiates confidence and onstage charisma. Despite his current clean cut image, Dave had a dark past, which led him down the road of rock 'n' roll chaos and drug problems. Dave has long been a collector of tattoos and some of his ink marks the process of rebirth, his relationships and freedom from drug addiction. Gahan's tattoos include: a Celtic cross, a phoenix, an ohm symbol, a dagger, a sacred heart and an eagle. >> pictures

#77 - José Mangin (MTV Host, Birthdate Not Known)

José ManginHeavy metal Mexi-merican, José Mangin is a DJ on Sirius XM and is now a host on MTV's Headbanger's Ball. We're going to go out on a limb here and say that most metal aficionados are not know for their fashion sense... chain wallets, goatees, army shorts and over-sized band t-shirts don't really do much for us. However! We are happy to report that José is a hard rocker with a polished sense of style and a spicy lookin' mohawk to boot. Mangin's first tattoo was the Pantera's Cowboys From Hell logo at the age of 16 and he's been getting tattooed steadily ever since. Jose's arms are sleeved in Aztec themed work, which pays tribute to his Central American heritage. Paul Booth, who is responsible for much of the ink you see on metal musicians today, has also tattooed him. >> pictures

#76 - Perry Farrell (Musician, Jane’s Addiction, March 29th, 1959)

Perry FarrellMr. Mystical Perry Farrell, long admired for his involvement in the pivotal alternative rock band, Jane’s Addiction (and the co-founder of the visionary rock festival, Lollapolooza), is probably trying to mesmerize your girlfriend. Or maybe your boyfriend. Perry’s lifestyle has always been a melting pot of surf-glam-hippie ideals and his desire for a passionate companion did not sexually discriminate. You may not know this, but ‘Perry Farrell’ is pseudonym and a play on the word ‘peripheral’. Yes, good ol’ Perry is a little “out there”, but we appreciate his seductive space cadet ways, his unique style, his slippery dance moves. Recently, Farrell has released a number of solo track online, including the song “Go All the Way” which appeared on the Twilight film soundtrack. Perry has a single tattoo, a praying mantis on his right shoulder. >> pictures

#75 - Brian Austin Green (Actor, July 15th, 1973)

Brian Austin GreenBest known for his role as David Silver on the decade long running series Beverly Hills, 90210, Brian Austin Green was a young adult heartthrob, whose portraits papered the bedrooms of swooning young girls all over North America. In 1996 Brian even tried his hand at a hip hop career! But let’s not re-open old wounds, we might make him blush with embarrassment. Brian is currently popular in the tabloids for his on again off again relationship with Hollywood's favourite siren, Megan Fox. The couple shares an avid interest in tattooing; Green has an Aztec thunderbird on his right shoulder, a cross and JOHN 3:16 on his left shoulder and a large dragon on his right forearm. He also paid tribute to the birth of his son, by having his name “Kassius” tattooed on his left forearm in old English script. >> pictures

#74 - Edward Norton (Actor, August 18th, 1969)

Ed NortonBest known for his role as the puzzled, unreliable narrator in the cult classic, Fight Club, American actor Edward Norton has also appeared in other successful feature films including The Incredible Hulk and The Illusionist. He’s also had his fair share of high profile girlfriends which includes Courtney Love and Salma Hayek. We can’t imagine how he put up with Courtney Love’s drama circus for 3 years, he’s proven to be a stronger man than most! Don’t fuss over his celebrity status, Edward has skillfully dodged the limelight throughout his entire career stating, “If I ever have to stop taking the subway, I’m gonna have a heart attack.” Norton is rumored to have the Black Flag logo tattooed on his shoulder. Could he be a closeted punk rocker? Who knew?! >> pictures

#73 - Dave Navarro (Musician, Jane’s Addiction, June 7th, 1967)

Dave NavarroThe antithesis of shy, Dave Navarro, has made a public personality out of his hyper-sexual energy. As the reigning king of nipple piercings and topless public appearances, it seems that Navarro may not actually own any clothing for the upper half of his body. Not that we’re complaining. Navarro is best known as the former guitarist for The Red Hot Chili Peppers and current axe-man for Jane’s Addiction. His unique, androgynous tinged beauty is often highlighted with sin-soaked eye makeup and serpentine body language. We wouldn’t mind meeting him alone in the Garden of Eden! Dave doesn’t seem to be attracted to large sleeve styled tattoos, instead preferring numerous, smaller, meaningful tattoos that share his passion for his family, friends, personal philosophies and creative endeavors. >> pictures

#72 - Jesse Metcalfe (Actor, December 9th, 1978)

Jesse MetcalfePlease put your hands together for The Shirtless Wonder! *Applause* Jesse Metcalfe, best known for his role as John Rowland in Desperate Housewives, gained attention for his well-toned body when he appeared shirtless in almost every scene he was cast. Metcalfe also appeared as a client on the first season of LA Ink and was tattooed by the lovely and talented Hannah Aitchison. Hannah and Jesse collaborated on a half sleeve design of a winged pinup angel that is lassoing an anatomically correct heart - his heart. On the episode, Jesse explains that this tattoo is a gentle reminder to protect his heart, which was recently wounded over a break up with Girls Aloud singer, Nadine Coyle. Jessie also has a celtic cross on his upper back and a tattoo on his right arm that reads “IX LIVES”. >> pictures

#71 - Blake Shelton (Musician, June 18th, 1976)

Blake SheltonHonkey tonkin’ honey, Blake Shelton, is an American country music artist, with over 15 charted singles. Shelton’s possesses that powerful southern charm that attracts cowgirls in tumbleweed towns all over the United States. Blake appreciates the rural lifestyle and often sings about driving on back roads, planting corn and watching deer from his porch. Sounds kind of peaceful doesn’t it? Blake has a barbwire cuff tattoo on his left forearm with deer tracks running down the centre of the two barbwire strands. He’s considered having this tattoo revised because people often misinterpret the symbols. The deer tracks have been confused with ladybugs, bear tracks, coffee beans and rabbit poop! Oops. So far he’s kept the humbling tattoo as is, and says it has a wonderful way of keeping his tattoo ego in check. >> pictures
